A surprising stay despite hiccups

Woke up surprised by the decent breakfast selection each morning, offering a cozy start to my day. The team was genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome.

Unfortunately, the room lacked adequate lighting and extra outlets, making it a challenge to charge devices. Additionally, the electronic door lock was temperamental, causing frustration.

I encountered several issues during my stay that were quite disappointing. The hot tub in my room did not work as expected, and I was left with just a large bath instead. Additionally, multiple electrical outlets were non-functional, which made charging my devices very inconvenient. Despite my attempts to resolve these issues, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful.
